For completed design services, please review the delivered work against the agreed project requirements and inform us of any discrepancies. Reporting an issue promptly helps us resolve it quickly and does not remove rights available under applicable law.

2. Unused Product Returns

If a physical product is unused, undamaged, and has its original packaging intact, you may contact our customer-support team to request a return, subject to our return conditions and applicable law. 3. Used, Customised or Completed Products and Services
